- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪After trying to work with CVS to understand I had primary and secondary insurance, they still couldn't get it right. Then a staff member told me that they didn't accept secondary insurance. I was so frustrated. I went across the street to Red Cross and the staff was extremely helpful and just took both my insurance cards and ran them no problems! I be a customer for life.
